Positive: This apartment is located in a residential area with many concrete high rise buildings called BRF IDA. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is reachable by a scary elevator. My review of this apartment: if you are two persons looking for a cheap stay in Malmö and don’t want to spend too much time in the apartment, while having no problem with the scent of smoke, this is your apartment. If you’re two or more, can’t stand the smell of cigarettes or want a comfy apartment to spend much time in, this isn’t the right place. Here’s why: Pros: Very polite and caring host Comfortable Bed (for two) Cheap for Malmös standarts Good wifi Clean apartment (no mold etc.) Has a big kitchen Has an indoor balcony Flexible checkout times Cons: The whole building from entrance to apartment smells like cigarettes smoke. Even with having the windows open all the time, the interior and walls still make the apartment smell like old cigarette smoke. Also the apartment is not at all a non smoke area as advertised, there were ash trays on the balcony. The furnishing is not what it looks like in the pictures. Some things were missing and the pictures are taken in very good angles. There’s even still tape at the doorframes from painting the walls. There is no washing mashine as advertised. Toilet flushing gets stuck and the shower floods the whole bathroom when showering. The sofa for the third person is not comfortable to sleep on. There were other peoples hairs inside the bedsheets
